Press and hold a player until it knocks, then drag. A plain drag turns the camera; pinch to zoom. Help, on the left-hand rail, has the rest of the basics.

On a new iPad, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen, or open Help → Subscription → Restore. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Open Help → Subscription → Manage in the app, or Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPad. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are taken by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Boards are saved on your iPad, not online, so they work on a pitch with no signal. To keep a copy elsewhere, open Boards → Board file and save it to Files or iCloud Drive; to move boards to a new iPad, AirDrop the board files across.
