TLAP Tactics
Privacy Policy

Who we are
TLAP Tactics is published by XEED Online Ltd (“we”), registered in Scotland, which is the data controller for the app. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ZA927353). Contact: craig@xeed.uk.
The short version
TLAP Tactics does not ask who you are. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The boards you make stay on your iPad.
What stays on your iPad
Boards, formations, the player names and numbers you type, and pictures you save are stored only on your device. We never receive them. If you share a board or a picture, it goes wherever you send it through the iOS share sheet — we are not part of that.
Subscriptions
Your subscription is bought, billed and managed by Apple through your Apple Account; we never see your payment details.
To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service acting as our processor. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app identifier and your App Store purchase history for this app (what you bought, and when it renews or ends). It is not linked to your name or email, and it is used only to unlock the app. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy. Apple’s own handling of your account and payments is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Photos
If you tap Photos, the app asks for permission only to add a picture of the board to your library. It cannot read your photos.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. Deleting the app deletes everything it stores. Cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. For anything else, contact craig@xeed.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
